Vince

Collection Manager
The letter V

Vince maintains the Museum's collection to preserve DEA’s history. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in history and has over 20 years of experience in collection management. Previously, Vince worked at the Smithsonian Institution's National Museum of the American Indian and the Museum of Natural History.

Vince’s favorite object is the DEA Special Agent Badge. Every DEA special agent is required to carry a badge that identifies them as a federal law enforcement employee. Badges have been used for centuries by different law enforcement officials and their designs vary widely. DEA special agents receive their badges upon graduation from Basic Agent Training at the DEA Academy.
